Summary
Enhance customer loyalty with on-the-spot surveys to gather real-time customer feedback. DSI’s Survey Client lets you create and administer surveys to gather information and trigger next steps. Improve service levels, gain insight into consumer behaviors and determine new product or service offerings based on survey responses.
The Survey Client can be used for standard surveys, or to complete site inspections and quality assurance evaluations. All responses automatically pushed to a database, eliminating data entry. The app can trigger follow-up actions such as sending emails or updating records.
